Owner/Principal - Chartered Accountant
Matt Dicandilo
Matt Dicandilo is the principal/owner of the business. Matt purchased the business in 2008 from his former employer and it was a natural progression for him from client manager to business owner.
Matt started his career back in 1997 for Burgess McFarlane and Young and while there completed his Chartered Accounting qualifications.
In January 2000 Matt moved to Thomson Fisher and Co and TN Thomson and Co where he worked as a senior accountant and then client manager for 8 years before purchasing the business.
Over the years Matt has gained exposure to a variety of businesses and has worked with a wide and varying range of small business clients specialising in business, taxation and compliance work.

Tracy
With over 10 years’ experience in Public Practice, Tracy is very experienced at assisting small business clients with their day to day queries and is a guru (tho very modest about it) with client software packages such as MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, Agrimaster to name a few.

Oscar has recently finished his Chartered Accounting degree and has over 6 years’ experience in Public Practice. Oscar is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic technical background. He can assist small business clients with a variety of day to day issues.
